Unlike the United States where logging in water is a festive sport....in southern province of Pakistan WATER LOGGING is a serious and sensitive  Political and economic issue. It not only effects the outcome of every general election but also the everyday lives of many landlords, farmers and the people in most districts of Sindh province.
What is Water-logging..?   saturation of the soil by groundwater sufficient to prevent or hinder agriculture is called water logging it is often associated with salinity ...in common terms the two together means excess water and salt in the soil bad for agriculture and cultivation.
